Craziest fish story?

One that really sticks out in my head is when we won the OC Tuna Tournament in 2013. We had about an hour left in the tournament and we got hooked up to a big eye tuna where we were in the middle of a fleet of 50-60 boats. The fish really stretched us out but luckily, we were not cut off by any other boats, we got the fish straight up and down then the battle was on. Just when we thought we were in the clear, orange lobster balls started showing up. we dodged about seven of them before the fish started to drag us out over the edge. We fought the big eye tuna for two-and-a-half hours before we were able to stick two gaffs into it. Then the race was on, by this time we only had about two-and-a-half hours before the scales closed, but we made it in with a just few minutes to spare. The big eye ended up weighing 257 lbs. and we took first place.
