2024 Holiday return policy

Want to get ahead of your holiday shopping list but worried the recipient might need to make changes? Don't worry, we want to make sure that everyone gets exactly what they want this year!

Any purchases made between 11/1/24 and 12/25/24 is eligible for our holiday shopping policy and may be returned or exchanged until 1/31/25.

Are you on the end of a wrapped box that wasn't quite right? If you need to return a gift - please email us at customerservice@marolina.com with the gift-givers email and/or the order number and we will get you taken care of. They never even have to know! 



Standard Huk Return policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all purchases made on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached, and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Undergarments and Gaiters are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays. 

When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Can I process an exchange or get store credit instead of a refund?

You can choose the option of a return credit (or shop now) instead of a refund to your original payment. You can make an exchange for a different size (same product and color) at no extra cost. If you would like a different color or style, choose the shop with store credit.

Exchange orders will be processed after the returned order is marked as delivered to our returns department. The new exchange order will be shipped back to the original shipping address with our standard 5-10 day shipping.

NOTE: Store credits will be based on the original purchase price of the item. If a discount was applied to the original order, the total dollars for the store credit will be reflective of this discount and not the full price cost of the item. Discount codes cannot be applied to "Shop Now" orders

What if I don't have my order number?

Your order number can be located in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping emails. This information can also be found by going to Hukgear.com, logging into your account and viewing your order history. It will begin with an "H" and followed by 6 digits. 

If you still cannot find your order number, please reach out to us at customerservice@marolina.com and we may be able to look it up for you.

When will my refund process?

Your return will usually be processed within 5 business days once received by our warehouse. Processing time can often be extended during the holidays. A Return Notification email will notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed to the original form of payment. These times may vary based on your payment provider.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. If for any reason an item that was purchased from hukgear.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.

How do I return something I purchased in store?

To return an item purchase in store, please visit any of our retail locations with your items and original receipt and our amazing associates will be happy to help.

We do understand that many of you visit our stores while you are traveling and may not be near a location to return an item. We ask that you start by reaching out to the store where the item was purchased as they can assist. If you're still having issues, please reach out to our corporate customer service team.
