Returns/Exchanges Return Policy


We heard you and we listened! Our loyal customers (and new customers!) are the reason we get to do what we do - therefore we want to ensure your gear is exactly what you expect. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all purchases made on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached, and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Undergarments and face Gaiters cannot be returned.

If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays. 

When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Can I Process an Exchange or Get Store Credit Instead of a Refund?

You can choose the option of a return credit (or shop now) instead of a refund to your original payment. You can make an exchange for a different size (same product and color) at no extra cost. If you would like a different color or style, choose the shop with store credit.

Exchange orders will be processed after the returned order is marked as delivered to our returns department. The new exchange order will be shipped back to the original shipping address with our standard 5-10 day shipping.

NOTE: Store credits will be based on the original purchase price of the item. If a discount was applied to the original order, the total dollars for the store credit will be reflective of this discount and not the full price cost of the item. Discount codes cannot be applied to "Shop Now" orders


What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?

Your order number can be located in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping emails. This information can also be found by going to, logging into your account and viewing your order history. It will begin with an "H" and followed by 6 digits. 

When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
