CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Marolina Outdoor, home of Huk Performance Fishing and Nomad Outdoor, is looking for a superstar to join our team for the Holidays.

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting the customer experience team with all customer needs including; customer inquiries, web order support, order placement, order tracking and website updates.



This is a temporary position beginning immediately through January 2021.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide superior customer service by answering customer emails, phone calls, and live chat. Ensure questions, concerns, and issues are quickly resolved and handled to the customer's satisfaction.

· Manage post-sale customer feedback received on eCommerce site. Monitor buyer feedback resolve negative experiences by contacting the customer to make the situation right, and post responses as appropriate.

· Manage eCommerce portal to ensure incoming orders are quickly assigned to fulfillment centers and are shipped within required timeframes.

· Facilitate customer returns in a centralized return center to receive returned product into inventory, immediately refund customer payment, and ensure seller portal is updated to reflect return status.

· Assess inventory levels and ability to fill current and future orders.

· Support administrative activities related to fulfillment center operations.

· Support the website shopping experience by assisting with modifications on the site platform.

· Observe and report customer trends



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years experience in customer service

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to provide superior customer service

· Experience with A2000, NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred.

· Must be a self-starter who can identify customers’ needs and devise solutions independently as well as in a team setting.

· Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and have strong prioritization/time management skills.

· Must have the ability to multi task in an extremely fast paced environment.

Experience:

  • customer service: 3 years (Required)
  • apparel : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Suite: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
